It is a new year – why not celebrate with a fresh batch of stovetop potpourri? Stovetop potpourri is a blend of citrus, herbs, and other ingredients mixed with water and heated on the stove for several hours. The result? A magical, aromatic blend that makes your apartment home smell clean and fresh. If you’re interested in trying it for yourself, might we suggest the following blends:

Lemon and Rosemary Stovetop Potpourri

• Bunch of rosemary
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Place all the ingredients into a pot and fill with water and simmer. Add more water as needed. You can use the same pot and ingredients for a couple of days.

As you would with the previous recipe, place all the ingredients into a pot and fill with water, and simmer. Add more water as needed.
